NITPS collect and store your personal information for the purpose of administering your pension benefits and will not be disclosed to any external sources without your expressed written consent or unless the law requires us to do so.
By providing your email, telephone and address information you are giving NITPS your authority to use these to contact you specifically concerning your pension benefits in the LGPS.
NITPS will use your email address as your preferred method of contact unless you advise us otherwise. We will only contact you regarding your pension benefits and will not use your personal information for any marketing purposes. We do occasionally send newsletters to our members with generic information that relates to the scheme and pension benefits. Should you wish to not receive this information you can elect to not do so.
NITPS may on occasion use a Third Party Supplier to distribute bulk communications but NITPS will remain responsible for the security of your data. Your email address was gathered from information you have given in the course of interactions with NITPS and you always have the opportunity to change your preferred method of contact. You can always change this back in the future should you wish.
Any information collected is not shared with other organisations for commercial purposes.
